There is a french saying "Le boulanger est le maître de son village"
Here are some constants:
- Bread needs to proof in chill temperature (12°C)
- Wine and mead need to ferment at the same temperature
- Cheese and charcuterie need, guess what, the same temperature, and penicilium fungus
- People go where there are people, and there are people where there is bread, cheese and wine, ... and meat.
Everything can be modeled as a markovian decision process (MDP), where the future is independend of the past given the present. The future is uncertant, however it can be predicted with some degree of accuracy.
