Meatballs in fragrant coconut broth

Ingredients
Meatballs:
- Onions
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Hash meat
- Morita chili
- Coconut milk
- Almond flour
- One egg
- Some butter
Broth:
- Coriander seeds
- Cardamom seeds
- Turmeric
- Cinnamon
- Lemon grass
- Ginger
- Chicken stock (if you have it)
NOTE: The amount of ingredients is to your liking
Directions
- Chop finely the onions, thin slices of garlic and add them to a hot pan. Add some salt and pepper. Also put the chili flakes
- Put the preparation of step 1 in a bowl and mix all the ingredients together. Start making balls like the size of a golf ball.
- Cook the meatballs in the same pan to keep the flavors. Put them around the center of the pan.
- While the meatballs are cooking, add the ingredients of the broth (chopped nicely if necessary) in the middle of the pan.
- Add the chicken stock or water with more coconut milk to top half the meatball.
- Let them simmer for 10 minutes.
- To plate, place the meatballs into a dish and pour the broth.
