Meatballs in fragrant coconut broth

Ingredients

Meatballs:

  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Hash meat
  • Morita chili
  • Coconut milk
  • Almond flour
  • One egg
  • Some butter

Broth:

  • Coriander seeds
  • Cardamom seeds
  • Turmeric
  • Cinnamon
  • Lemon grass
  • Ginger
  • Chicken stock (if you have it)

NOTE: The amount of ingredients is to your liking

Directions

  1. Chop finely the onions, thin slices of garlic and add them to a hot pan. Add some salt and pepper. Also put the chili flakes
  2. Put the preparation of step 1 in a bowl and mix all the ingredients together. Start making balls like the size of a golf ball.
  3. Cook the meatballs in the same pan to keep the flavors. Put them around the center of the pan.
  4. While the meatballs are cooking, add the ingredients of the broth (chopped nicely if necessary) in the middle of the pan.
  5. Add the chicken stock or water with more coconut milk to top half the meatball.
  6. Let them simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. To plate, place the meatballs into a dish and pour the broth.
